Woo! :D
Chucks? Are they Converse? I think I remember something about converse being designed by some guy with Chuck... somewhere in his name. *clicks for original photo* *realises* Nice photo too! I want a fancy-pance camera D:

Yes.
Chuck Taylor. The original designer of the hi-tops emo and scene kids have grown to love. ;D

To be honest
You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone that doesn't like some form of converse. I used to not like hitops (I asume mine are hitops, since it came with the little Chuck Taylor tag) and prefer the ones that are more like "skater shoes" - for lack of better terminology. But when I got mine they were to comfy and cool to argue against :D

Hahahah.
You assume they're hi-tops? Do they come over your ankle, or stop just before your ankle? I find them uber comfy, though a lot of people say they're too hot or unsupportive. I wear mine all year round, usually until there's a hole in them somewhere. :]

They're hi-tops then :P
Cover the ankle They are ludicrously comfy! You don't even have to break them in like regular shoes! I don't understand what people mean when they say "unsupportive" shoes =/ They deffinatly not too hot, well, I've had hotter x] I wouldn't wear mine all year, since I don't want to get the nice shiney whiteness muddy D:

Exactly!
I know people who like stiff shoes, like...er...Vans and Etnies and stuff. That's why they don't like Converse. My big boots are really hot, but I don't wear them too often in this weather. Usually, the first thing I do is get the white bit dirty, cos I like it better then. They look all broken in and stuff. With these, they're so bright, I almost don't want to get the white dirty, but I'm going to a concert tomorrow. So they might probably will get dirty.

I see, kindof
You can buy/design them with a broken look can't you? I know you can get them with the frayed top seam - my brother got a pair like that. Oh noes! D: Well I mean I wouldn't go splashing in puddle and mud with them. I'm not afraid to wear them around :D

I think so.
They have like...Kurt Cobain signatures with the frayedness and pre-dirtied toes. Oh man, I haven't puddle jumped in aaages. I love doing that. But what I usually do is just run through like, grass first, or something. So they get a bit dirty.
