but I was paying for someone for a birthday treat, which wouldn't have seemed so generous if I insisted we went on BOGOF night, and they would have realised what a penny-pinching get I am.

and looked it up at my local cinema, then I saw the cost of entry (which is the same as yours) and thought I'll just download it illegal, or wait for the DVD.
