How silly!
EDIT: Also, has anyone else heard that Gran Torino advert on the radio? Am I the only one who keeps imagining Clint Eastwood as having a west country accent at the end of it, saying Get Off My Lawn!

I don't think I have ever seen a Clint Eastwood film before though.

Escape from Alcatraz. Very good it was too (plus i realised where Prison Break got all of its clever ideas from).

There are a lot of films I have never seen, just never really got round to them. Don't really think they are overly my thing.

you just need to be alive to enjoy The Good The Bad and The Ugly... and Every Which Way But Loose should be on the b3ta compulsory viewing list

I have seen Every Which Way and Any which way you can, but not since I was very young. I do get the feeling with a lot of these "classic" films that if you didn't see them when you were young, they kind of lose their impact.

I'm, going to get a T Shirt which says "don't watch Spaceballs again"
it made me want to cry. A true classic should stand the test of time though...

As I said, it is probably because I watched it so much when I was younger. I haven't actually watched it that recently.

$5.50 per pint is pretty expensive. (for a pitifully poor student)

the cost of booze in London :)
I went to a bar with a mate for her birthday around Christmas time, and it was 4.50 for half a kronenbourg.

Although it was in Soho, and you expect to pay a premium there, that is still a pisstake!

but i'm used to beer at about $4.50 per pint
come to think of it in relative terms, $5.50 isn't awful, but still more than I could afford.

I would much rather watch some old Hitchcock or watch some Almodovar or Amenabar.
I do have horrendously weird taste in films. I seem to either watch absolutely brilliant films or terrible terrible comedies.

of watching a hell of a lot of films a couple of years back, but I have this terrible habit of just watching the same films over and over. For example, when I saw City of Lost Children, I ended up watching it about 5 times that week :)

The Big Lebowski is normally never out of my DVD player for more than a month at a time, and I love City of God. Did you see the TV series at all? Well worth a watch!

Full of tolerance, respect and other worthy traits, laid on with a trowel just so the hard-of-thinking get the message.
What can I say but - at least it was better than Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls....
