No-one's gonna drag you up to get into the light where you belong!
Edit: in other news, HALF a tin of Big Soup is considered one serving?! In whose universe? Mini-me's?!

Eric's universe.
Ignore him - he's a git.

S'alright
Barry's on his way to duff up the serving police for me. Barry Christ be praised!

It's actually the same size as any other soup at an atomic level...
there's just more of it.

Isn't it the same size can
with bigger chunks of ... thing in it. So you're actually getting less soup than 'normal' soup

You could eat all the soup in the world,
and it would still not be a meal!

It's OK

That's quite normal, I can eat most of those supposed '2-3 servings' in one go
and no, I'm neither fat, american or the moon

I am fat
which is why I'm eating soup and was disappointed to find that my 102 calorie lunch was, in actual fact, a 204 calorie meal.

Count grams of fat instead...
less than 30g a day = slim loveliness. Until you lose the plot a bit and start eating chocolate by the bucketload...

I don't have to count. I'm not THAT lardy!
Just being aware of what I'm putting into my body. 1 tin of Big Soup or a mayonnaise sandwich with a couple of flakes of tuna from the sandwich shop... hmm
