I was quite happy this morning, all looked well and I was developing some nice new features for the system, then my boss got involved...

He wants the whole returns system destroyed changed because one of our clients is a moron and doesn't know how customer accounts work... I'm now having to trawl through code written nearly 17 years ago, oh joy of joys
