A tip!I've been on b3ta a while now, so I thought I'd share this advice.
Rather than bother going into photoshop or whatever to add the white bit of text, just post the image directly, and type the text in the "message" box. This will save time!
In fact, since you're not actually changing anything it'd be easier just to hotlink the picture, rather than download and upload it.
Hmm, problem with that is that it's no longer your work if you do that. A good solution I guess would be to instead of posting on b3ta, go and post on some other random forums in the funny picture thread. Either that or wait for some inane caption competition to appear somewhere and participate in that instead.

sorry didnt realise the nazi's where commingmmm wondering ..looking over the board.. if i make the text bigger and and white with a black outline.. That seems acceptable. does it not? then I can take pictures of cats and stick text on them? Promise i will take only the finest work of my own photoshop it.. and post it.. dib dib dib..
