behind the boat is Butler's Wharf. next to that behind the bridge is an old Brewery/mill building where Robin 'Bee Gee' Gibb used to live in the Penthouse suite.
I refurbished it for my mate when he bought it around 2001. You can not imagine the gaudy and tasteless shit we ripped out.
