No
It means whatever you're looking at hasn't been put together properly and has something missing.

Just about
It was switching anti-viruses. With viruses still on it. Windows was lamped and I had to factory reset the whole thing.
Happy I did actually. That thing was due for a spring cleaning.

Maybe not
But I consider the spring the viruses that near ruined the system. And to think I was gonna spend money on trying to the fix the thing when PC world just told me to factory reset it.

I have never owned a Dell PC
which is why I have no opinion, as it is outside of my experience.

I do not as it is outside of my experience.
If pressed to form one, I would venture that I am skeptical as to people's claims of how bad they are, as skepticism of anything anyone says is the safest course to take.

Invent an opinion
back it up with a fabricated anecdote
then post it on QOTW.
THAT's the b3ta way.

I have had other laptops
which were fine. Since I have no reason to believe that Toshiba and Fujitsu are any better than Dell, I can extrapolate that if Toshiba and Fujitsu's laptops are fine, then Dells will probably be fine too - until such time as facts are made known to me that suggest that Toshiba and Fujitsu are substantially different to Dell. Until such facts come into my possession, it is logical to assume that Dell are no worse than any other laptop manufacturer and that people who complain about them have merely been unlucky in their experiences - which is to say that they are lying for comic effect.

One time I was very drunk
and I ended up having sex with a young lady. She did something embarrassing or I did something embarrassing but it all ended up okay.

we got two dell desktops here
both pretty good, no hardware problems to date.
can't comment on dell laptops though, this one's an acer something-or-other. it's bee dropped many times, the fan rattles like fuck occasionally, keyboard is full of dust, couple of letters missing, but it still works.

On this note.
If you are watching a film on your laptop, and you need the toilet, pause it and resume it when you return. Taking the laptop to the toilet with you isn't as good an idea as it sounds.

Yes
but washing your hands makes them slippery. Also, new LCD displays are almost as expensive as a new laptop.

I didn't use soap or anything though
It was more for the look of things. If the CIA are watching me, I don't want them to think I don't wash my hands.
