because then I would be a hypocritic cnut to expect anyone to pay for the programs I help make. And certainly couldn't expect anyone like Nuts or Zoo to pay me for a picture I'd made using the software

get yourself a copy, make some pics - sell them and once you have made enough money, buy a licence.

*edit - So it does, I guess because I never use CMYK its always been greyed out and my eyes have ignored it :D

I used CS3 for a while but didn't like it and I liked CS4 even less.
