sorry, v.crap I know, it's just that I thought shrinking the width would kinda lose the 'website' effect - as for the brief, artistic license? meh

It's the fact it's 246k. Also that if a challenge brief says "This week's challenge is to create cut-out-and-keep dolls based on celebrities, like these lovely ones. For extra points, photograph their exploits during the hours of fun they'll almost certainly provide" it seems a bit more than artistic license to make that into "Photoshop a website"...
