you would sort of expect they would have one design, and modify for depth. I am pretty ignorant to the range in dates that these were built, so they could well have each had their own engineers architects and teams, decades apart.

This is a normal post From what I remember the lines all have to be pretty level but the station entrances can be on very different elevations.
Then there's coping with different lines, handling the flow of people.

Some of it will be much older than others too.
