Endlessly touring round the neighbourhood with a ghetto blaster strapped to his bike blaring out highway to hell or some such. Everyone thinks he's a twat.
I can only assume the difference is he's not on social media

and a man in a car with speakers on his roof who drives around once a week shouting something entirely incomprehensible.*
Both of them trigger all the dogs in the road, including next doors Alsatian who once started will bark and howl continuously for an hour straight. It usually shuts up just in time to be set off again by the icecream van.
This is all lovely when I'm working from home and on a call with customers.
* I assume it's either political or religious, either way I have no idea as his diction and microphone technique are terrible and I can't catch a single word

You'd be bothered by this guy going past you playing his music ONCE then riding off on his lovely cargo bike to another town next week?
While other people enjoy the music and the spectacle? And for that matter, promoting active travel?
I think you've overdone the indignation on this one. And I speak as a respectable old git myself.
