This is a link post Funny Fox Noises I made this!
Just filmed these guys in my garden. Seems their sunbathing noises are the same as their sex noises.

This is a normal post I live on the outskirts of London.
We're completely overrun with the little bastards. It's hard to find them cute, especially when you're woken by the noise they make.

And have the same problem.

This is a normal post They chucked one of the fuckers
out of the Shard not so long ago. By which I mean they trapped it and took it away rather than actually throwing it out the window. Which I'd probably have done. The little bastards.

This is a normal post Well, as you know
Foxes have as much right to live as every other creature as they have evolved alongside us. So, if people don't like them being somewhere, they'll just have to think of ways to fence them off from where you don't want them to be. It's the humans' problem , not theirs.

This is a normal post Or we can throw them out of windows
Either works.

This is a normal post I'd have shot 'em
if it was my garden. Especially if it was the garden my kids played in.
But I don't have a gun so i'd probably throw potatoes or something.

This is a normal post Super soaker filled with lemon or orange drink
They hate citrus and have to clean themselves with their tongues, they won't come back in a hurry.

Works a treat on cats too }:-)

This is a normal post Thanks for the advice
on the fox thing, but I like cats and i'd let them sunbathe in my garden all day long. They don't eat children.

This is a normal post Do foxes eat children?
outside of fairytales and whatnot.

This is a normal post maybe not
but they have attacked peoples pets.

Foxes are cold killers. They go into a frenzy and will kill everything around them when able. I once lost 14 ducks to one fox in a single night - it just tore them into bloody chunks and left the bits lying around.

Best solution is a shooting and poison cull. Kill all of the fuckers before one actually does attack a child. That will happen eventually as they get bigger & bolder.

Anyone who keeps livestock knows how foxes are.

This is a normal post If they can get to livestock they will kill everything to store for food for later
If disturbed they won't go back though, hence the reputation as cold blooded murderers.

This is a normal post you have to control vermin
like it or not.

This is a normal post From everything I have read on the subject
Foxes simply do not attack humans. Like cats, they just don't dig on dudes.

You seem to be fearmongering a problem that doesn't exist.

edit: also, cats are cold blooded killers. When I was younger I came home from school to find a birds nest on the lawn, with an entire family of birds neatly executed and arranged. It spooked me something rotten.

This is a normal post Control numbers if there is a problem
But don't make up tales about what they do and why.

This is a normal post who's making up tales?
my experiences with foxes have not been good. I can only base my opinions on experience. You are Chris Packham AICMFP

This is a normal post Actually you can base your opinions on facts
You implied something about fox behaviour that isn't true, something that is a common misconception, that they kill and leave the dead animals behind for shits and giggles.
They've just learn't to store food for the winter. When numbers get too high they inevitably come into conflict with people as they like a lot of the same food as us.

Chris Packham is ace. But I got this info from Sir Attenborough.
