And it's clearly a mic delay that's feeding back into her ear. You should try speaking while listening to what you said a second before. I'd forgotten all about it until I saw someone remind me about it (I used to do hospital radio)

Actually I know what you mean...
...I was doing some voice recording the other day, and left the feedback on, so I had an echo (pitched up quite a bit) for everything I said. Completely puts you off.
That said, if you can't work alongside the quirks of broadcasted reporting, then either get some more practice, or find another employment niche. Or better yet just keep giving us hilarious videos.
