While the advert might be ill-judged, there's a lot of foamy-mouthed ranting going on:
Provocative pose - kid leaning on car.
Banana in mouth - it's quite clearly not.
Life-threatening - not if the car's parked, which it appears to be.
The driver would not be able to see the child - if there was a driver and they couldn't see the kid they should have their license revoked immediately.
I think I'm most angry that Audi have caved in to this lot.

Though to be fair they probably can't afford audis so clearly pay rises and company cars should be supplied to the ad department to remedy this now and for the future.
