Ok clever people, I have a computer query.
My sister wants to move all her i-tunes list from one laptop to another.
How?

Well yesterday I wrote
that my wife and I were in truble with our house purchase as another £2000 was needed and how I was selling everything. Today I read that the Stamp Duty threshold is being raised to £175,000 and our house is under that. We haven't completed the sale yet and are hoping this means we won't have to pay it thus taking us out of the shit. Anyone know anything about tax changes and whether it matters if you started the ball rolling before the changes as long as you complete after?
Big thanks to No3l for messaging me this morning to let me know, you may have saved my marriage ;)
Anyways we are very nevously excited now :)

Morning all
What the hell?
There are two 7:40s?
When can I go back to bed?
How is everyone in the world of work today?

Relationship advice
From this week onwards Mr Bin and I will be having weekends off.
This is the first time in our whole 10 years that this has happened. Before we have both worked Saturdays and had a different day off in the week.
I don't think I can cope.
As soon as I get a job this means that we will have every day off and holiday together.
I need my own space. I am an only child who grew up in a small village. I need alone.
How do you cope?
I would welcome advice.

As promised - Digger Biscuits
I've done two batches. They're all out of the oven now.
The photo and the recipe is in the reply.

School Holidays are nearly over...
...and yet the little darlings are still causing havoc.
Many thanks to the chav-scumbag who thought throwing a brick at my train as I drove it under a bridge would be a good idea.
100mph+brick doesn't do the windscreen any good.
If I had my way, everyone of the little cnuts would be locked up for the duration of the summer hols.
(and apologies to the people in 1st class who heard me say a very naughty word as my window shattered with a bang).

Now on b3ta, it's time for the evening shift
because Newsround, Blue Peter and Neighbours just don't cut it any more.
Come in here instead and we can talk about boobies, beards and other things beginning with B. Can you think of any?

this is a long shot
but does anyone know of an easy way of interpolating to fill the gaps in an ascii grid (a DTM) using GIS?
preferably in ArcView 3.2

Fancy Dress
I'm planning on going as a mummy to a fancy dress party in the near future.
However, instead of buying a shitty overexpensive costume, I'm going to do it with loads of bandages.
Anyone think this is a good idea?

My wife and I are buying our first house
and have just found out that we have to find another £2000 in 4 weeks and can't use our credit card. Anyone want to buy all my stuff?

Calling all science types
Is there something I can buy over the counter, which will clear the blocked sink drain as well as, and cheaper than, the incredibly expensive Mr Muscle, but without a risk of blowing up the house (or having Special Branch burst in at 5am).
I could always teach my daughter to stop squishing left over food down the sink when she's done the dishes, but since when do teenagers listen to their mother?
All (sensible) suggestions gratefully received.

Birthday lists
Well it's the month of my birth and people are asking me what they should buy me.
There are a few books I want and I'd like a new ski helmet but that's all I can think of.
Anybody know of anything that I don't yet know that I want?

My weekend
Friday: Went to the local dive. Got drunk.
Saturday: Sat around wasting most of the day. Went to the local dive. Got drunk.
Sunday: Tried to go to the quiz, friends decided it was too busy and they wanted to go elsewhere. Went to the local dive. Got drunk.
I'm starting to see a pattern emerging...

So...........
If it were possible to move inter-dimensionally how would it be done?
Or how would you want to do it?

Kroney's shiny new knives
Kaol would be proud. After a night out in a rather cool new bar that's opened up in lovely Guildford, I went to do a bit of shopping yesterday. I decided that I needed some new kitchen knives to go with the nice new pans. Yes, I'm feeling all kitcheny recently.
So I trot along to Dyas.
They had a couple of Sabatier sets, one for 20, the other for 25 quid. I figure that 20's enough to spend until I find out that the 25 set was reduced from 60 notes.
Woot! Bargain.
Tell me your stories of bargainosity.
Edit: My whole weekend wasn't this nerdy. I had a dream involving the lovely ladies of our Sales Support team in a bikini contest. Wonderful.

It's Monday, the weekend has been and gone again.
Pull up a chair and tell me all about yours.
I'll go put the kettle on.

Tell Me Why I Don't Like Mondays.....
Upsy getsy, after a crap nights sleep, which involved a disturbing dream about being involved in a swimming pool orgy including the Spice Girls, where everyone turned out to be vampires, and there was limited garlic available.* And a speeding bus.**
Anyway, its 0700, the breakfasts have been made for the clan (1 x Grumpy, 1 x Sunny, and 1 x still akip), and I should be off to work.
This provides me with a problem in that I haven't got a job, and sadly have a funeral to attend later on as well. And I had a dream involving the Spice Girls. And vampires.***
Someone out there must be having an odder day than me. Anybody?
*Rubbing a clove of garlic over a metal barbecue skewer is not an effective substitute, I'm afraid. Luckily this was a zombie vampire wearing a Gyles Brandreth style sweater with his tallywhacker hanging out so I could kick him in the man-fruits and then out-run him.
**I am not mad.
***(In fact the Mrs was a vampire as well who suddenly 'vamped' and went for my neck, but (and this is important) she was only a cat sized vampire, so I could wallop her around the furniture a bit before staking her.)
I'm beginning to think I need my sub-conscious hoovered out, or possibly more tea.

Shameless plee for hugs
As a moderator for another forum I have just spent the last hour or so reading through pages of abuse hurled at me from what I thought were mature (we are talking 35+) men who are throwing their toys out their prams because I deleted some of their posts which were deemed abusive towards another member.
Whilst I try not to let things like that get to me, after the 4th page it did :(
Please send hugs and fluffethness *cries quietly*
