I'm watching Noel's Christmas Presents
And I'm in danger of getting misty-eyed.

Just to be clear, I still hate Christmas.

What sets you off blubbing?

Alt: Does me watching 'Noel's Christmas Presents' make me a massive bumder?
(, Sun 19 Dec 2010, 18:22, 101 replies, latest was 14 years ago)
I'd answer
but I've no idea what 'Noel's Christmas Presents' is.
(, Sun 19 Dec 2010, 18:24, Reply)
Sentimental old wank.
Hosted by Noel 'Tidybeard' Edmonds. Basically he goes around people who have suffered the most unimaginable tragedy porn and brings them the joy of Christmas.
(, Sun 19 Dec 2010, 18:49, Reply)
That sounds dire beyond belief
I really don't like sad things
(, Sun 19 Dec 2010, 18:50, Reply)
Then he wanks into the grieving widow's underwear drawer.

(, Sun 19 Dec 2010, 18:52, Reply)
Sounds just like him

(, Sun 19 Dec 2010, 18:58, Reply)
To be fair,
he's only giving them the white Christmas they always dreamed of.

I'm blubbing.
I chucked the plug from the hoover into the living room and it hit the screen on wifeys laptop.
The screen is usable but there is now a star in the east. Permanently.
Bollocks.

Then again there aren't any virgins round here either.

I donno if I'm a cunt, but I got angry at some charity people the other day.
Last week I bought my Big Issue guy two huge pizzas from Marks, emptied my coin-wallet for the St Johns people, did the same thing for some dog people. Then on thursday there was the shelter people at southgate station and I wanted sushi and I couldn't bring myself to spend £25 on a single meal and not spare a few quid for Shelter, and I had no coins, so I gave them a fiver. Friday morning they were still there, shaking away their boxes, so I popped in another couple of quid, 'cus that ain't gonna do me no halm and it'll help them. Then on friday night they were _still_ there, and I thought "Well, fuck this, I'll be broke if they're there every day next week", and I walked pass, but then GUILT TRIP SETS IN... she looked so dejected that I ignored her, but then I was on the other side of the barriers and it was too late.

Can't I adopt a dog just for the holidays or something instead?
(, Sun 19 Dec 2010, 19:29, Reply)
I've just put on the BBC Sports Personality of the Year
And Frank Williams has just been given an award.

The audience didn't give him a standing ovation, but seeing as Frank is in a wheelchair, does the audience not standing up for him show more or less appreciation than if it was some able bodied recipient?
(, Sun 19 Dec 2010, 19:33, Reply)
Amy Williams ftw. She is tidy.

(, Sun 19 Dec 2010, 19:39, Reply)
I love her quote
"Wow, I've never won a race before." That she's nominated shows how little the award matters.

Oh and though she's tidy: Jessica Ennis. She's tidy *and* tiny.
(, Sun 19 Dec 2010, 19:49, Reply)
It's a whole load of bollocks really and they make every montage like Gladiator it's gay.
Ennis is indeed beautiful but Williams is West Country!!
