i'm from manchester so i am allowed to hate scousers
except roota, naturally.

but i will say genuinely that i had 4000 tenants, 150 of whom were in liverpool. and i was in liverpool county court chasing arrears more often with that 150 than with the remainder in manchester/cheshire!
