All rapists should be tried this way, might help increase the conviction rates

(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:34, Reply)
What, you try them,
and if you don't like the way they're doing it, they have to stop?

This is a fair compromise, I feel we may have solved the age-old 'rape question' once and for all.

Good work!
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:43, Reply)
oh I may watch this later
www.imdb.com/title/tt1278340/ You inspire me to watcha lot of films. Oh and Das Experiement was good, very brutal and stabby and rapey
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:51, Reply)
I liked Dead Snow

(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:52, Reply)
I still have Die Welle to watch
I couldn't take that after Das Experiment though I think I would have ended up bitter and cynical or "monty" as it's more commenly known
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:53, Reply)
Dead Snow is very silly
the bit when the guy gets his intestines skewered to a tree as he runs away is very amusing.
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:55, Reply)
Awesome silly is good
Pirahna 2d was delightfully silly. Although not in the same league as Sharks in Venice
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:56, Reply)
Piranha 2d?
Is that an Asylum version of Piranha 3d?
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:57, Reply)
Yes

(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 14:00, Reply)
In God's name, why?
It was more 'ironic genre self-referencing' that that God-awful heap of shit 'Spaced'*.

I watched 'Burke and Hare' on Saturday night. The only thing worse than that cunt Pegg is Bill Bailey's 'Scottish Accent'. The only funny/non-bent bit in the whole film is the five seconds of Paul Whitehouse playing a drunk.

*I saw an episode of that the other day just to make sure it really was as shit as I had thought. It was worse.
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:54, Reply)
because I can allow myself to enjoy things.
it was entertaining and reasonably well made. There were some moments of comedy violence and gore.
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:58, Reply)
I enjoy lots of things. Really fucking shit Scandinavian films aren't one of them.

(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 13:59, Reply)
You should embrace you silly side more often Monty.

(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 14:01, Reply)
I think that's why I liked it
because it is silly.

There's little point in arguing with Monty about this sort of thing. It's like arguing with him about playing games.
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 14:03, Reply)
being Scandinavian had nothing to do with it.
and it was considerably better than a lot of films.

I'm easily pleased when it comes to film. I enjoy a great film as much as anyone, but am quite content to watch pretty much anything.

that aside, it's a zombie film, and if it has zombies or vampires in it then chances are I'll enjoy it. Excluding Twilight, which I have not watched.
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 14:02, Reply)
....because you think the films will never equal the books, which you think are BRILLIANT.

(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 14:04, Reply)

god, even I haven't read the Twilight books
and I will unashamedly read any old shit. I've read most of Anne Rice's books and James Patterson and Harry Potter, but even I draw the line at reading Twilight.

(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 14:15, Reply)
Some of those Anne Rice books werre OK I thought.

(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 14:13, Reply)
the first few were ok
and then some vampire-paedo-bumderism crept in, which put me off a bit.

then there was the one with Lestat going back in time and drinking Jesus' blood or something....
(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 14:16, Reply)
Did Jesus become a vampire?

(, Mon 28 Feb 2011, 14:17, Reply)
don't be silly
he would have had to have drunk some of Lestat's blood for that to happen

duh
