It's not dead, it's just resting it's eyes.

What are you doing this evening?

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 21:54, Reply)
I've been on OK cupid not finding suitable men.
I shall be shortly off to bed.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 21:56, Reply)
Have you put up a profile on OK Cupid now?

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 21:59, Reply)
I did it a few weeks ago.
It's free so I thought I'd give it another go. Flogging a dead horse is the phrase that jumps to mind.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:00, Reply)
Don't be daft.
You're a thoroughbred around here Blousie!

(That is meant as a compliment, not me saying you look like a horse)
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:04, Reply)
Hehe!
There was actually a guy on there who made small models of zombies for fun. Would have been a match made in heaven but he's a stoner. Last think I need is some monged out hippy on my sofa every night.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:06, Reply)
So what have you listed as your interests on your profile?

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:08, Reply)
I can't remember.
Probably art, hiking, reading amongs others. Men mostly care about what you look like and then interests come second.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:10, Reply)
You need to stand out from the crowd Blousie.
Why not mention your fab skills as an aunt, or even an Internet wife?
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:12, Reply)
Haha!
I did actually mention I was a great auntie.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:13, Reply)
Have you mentioned your fondness for Zombie films?

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:14, Reply)
No, just horror in general.

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:15, Reply)
I'm off to bed.
Night hon!
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:17, Reply)
*Waves*
I'll put the cat out.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:23, Reply)
Less about the horror.
More fluff!
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:18, Reply)
you need more about
axe murderers in there. Probably.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:06, Reply)
Do you find that works?
*Makes note that if I ever join such a site, I'll mention my fondness of Tesco pizza and spare socks*
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:09, Reply)
kind of...

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:10, Reply)
In what way does 'I like murder, especially when an axe is involved' help?

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:11, Reply)
it's actually just a bit at the bottom about
you should message me if "...long winded conversations full of puns and references to axe murdering" but the axe murdering bit is crossed out, as I have resolved not to keep talking about axe murdering on dates
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:13, Reply)
Question.
Why do my puns result in me being asked to leave the Internet, and yours don't?
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:15, Reply)
because I am proper awesome

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:15, Reply)
Curses.
My lack of awesome holds me back again.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:19, Reply)
Reading a book
and eating thai green curry. Which is not half bad, even if I do say so myself.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 21:57, Reply)
I missed the outcome of your date
was it good?
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 21:58, Reply)
Can't you see her grin from Wales?

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 21:59, Reply)
Visible by satellite.
He's coming over again tomorrow evening to watch the dvd we didn't get round to watching.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:00, Reply)
if you're lucky
you won't get round to watching it again
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:01, Reply)
heh

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:03, Reply)
*grins more*

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:04, Reply)
Out of interest.
What film didn't you manage to watch?
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:10, Reply)
I can't even remember
it may have been Se7en.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:14, Reply)
Now I'm sure you've BOTH seen that film before.
Also, and correct me if I'm wrong. But would I be right in thinking you don't have a television, and you spend your evenings watching films in BED?
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:16, Reply)
I own a television
a rather nice one, in fact. But not a tv license, and so only use it for watching dvds on.

And no, I haven't seen Se7en, or many other films that 'everyone has seen'. TC was similarly aghast.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:21, Reply)
I assumed you'd seen it.
I'm pleased you said you hadn't, otherwise I'd have revealed the last scene, which is what most people end up doing when discussing the film.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:22, Reply)
You're not missing much, Se7en is massively overrated.

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:23, Reply)
Se7en's not really a date movie
unless you're seriously twisted.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:59, Reply)
Oh man, I hate that, when I have someone over to watch a DVD or something I've downloaded...
... but then Come Dine With Me is on, and you're still eating when the next one goes on, but by then your'e invested and have to watch the other three to see who wins. And by then it's too late as there is work in the morning or something like that and the DVD ends up not getting watched even though you really wanted to see it, but you want to see it with a friend rather than by yourself.

Never mind, maybe he'll come round again and you can watch it next time?
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:15, Reply)
Erm....that wasn't the issue we had.
But yes, he's coming round tomorrow.
(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:22, Reply)
When does Blockbusters want it back? Do you have a tape recorder so you can make a copy? All you got to do is put some tape over the plastic bit.

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 22:58, Reply)
*grin*

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 21:59, Reply)
^ See.

(, Sun 27 Mar 2011, 21:59, Reply)
