I'm rocking* the tuna and sweetcorn on tiger bread thing today

* may not actually rock

Fuck off Tuna is fucking horrible.

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:30, Reply)
It was only a small tin
Not a fuck off one
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:31, Reply)
I loooooove tuna.
I eat it out the can because I'm classy
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:32, Reply)
I also love tuna
Which makes the fact that it's nearly fished out very upsetting. It has joined cod on the list of things it's not worth having the argument with Ms Foxtrot over.

Man you are so whipped I am going to start calling you 99

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:43, Reply)
Hahaha
I like this a lot. And yes, I am.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:43, Reply)
True
its vile and there's a funny after taste that lasts three days.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:33, Reply)
eeewewww brush your teeth dude

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:33, Reply)
He's Cornish, so you mean 'tooth'

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:34, Reply)
You can't handle the tooth!

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:41, Reply)
I'm am indeed Cornish
but I've not heard that one, is it localised to a certain part of Cornwall? Mind you, you met me, I'm don't really talk like the average cider swilling yokel.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:47, Reply)
Being, as I am, from mid-Cornwall, I always assume that those further west are not well versed in modern ways.
Still, better to be Cornish than to be Vipros.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 12:02, Reply)
Trust me I did
but nothing could get rid of the metallic taste everytime I swallowed.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:46, Reply)
You need to open the tin first

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:46, Reply)
I get that taste too. I don't like it.
I get it with most seafood actually - it's a big reason why I don't eat seafood.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:47, Reply)
I'm glad I'm not alone
no-one ever believes me.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:48, Reply)
I have no idea what it is, but I can't stand it.

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:49, Reply)
MERCURY POISONING!
Fish eaters will all die!
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:55, Reply)
I don't eat seafood either
I wouldn't say it tastes metallic, though, I just don't care for it.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:55, Reply)
Its not the fish that tastes metallic
its just an after taste in my throat after eating it
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:58, Reply)
You're not supposed to swallow the fork, you silly in-bred!

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 12:01, Reply)
You're kidding right?
The fork is the best bit.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 12:03, Reply)
Oh god yes, it's vile and disgusting and I will not condone it's usage in a culonary context, with the one exception of Marks'n'Sparks sushi, for some reason it's nice there.

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 12:39, Reply)
Tiger bread is almost the best bread.

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:52, Reply)
Colonel, you speak wisely

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 11:52, Reply)
I'm rather partial to the carrot and pumpkin bread that Asda do.

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 12:02, Reply)
I have not had this as yet
*makes note for Saturday*
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 12:03, Reply)
It's very nom.
As is the onion bread. Brilliant for mopping up mediterranean type sauces.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 12:05, Reply)
Oh my word.

(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 12:03, Reply)
You must seek out Co-op's Mediterranean Bloomer
It contains olives and sun-dried tomatoes and is delightfully moist.

I've only ever had it buttered or with soup; never even dared using it in a sandwich.
(, Wed 6 Apr 2011, 12:03, Reply)
Looks like I'm on the bread diet this weekend
