I wrote this yesterday that seemed to get lots of likes on facebook.
The jewish calendar is at 5771, the chinese year is 4708... that means jews went 1000 years without chinese food... I've been making up for that.

'Hot smoked' is best.
Looks like fresh but with a smoked flavour. I recommend it.
