I'm bored at work. Nothing at all to do, and I wish I could go home.
I like both long and short. I've had it very long and very short. I don't like men with very short hair, thoug.

Not doing much... It seems I'd been doing my numbers wrong, so I'm a week less than I though. Feeling less sick, though. Low hemoglobine could be a problem, so I've been referred to and specialist.

I hate guiness (and I can't even smell alcohol now)
Well done steaks are not of my liking, so I'm going for meat balls, stews and bolognese.

but not too much. Same for big fishes, you can't have much of it.
And you're right, I'm saving a lot of money lately as we haven't been to a restaurant in ages!

No, you can't eat any meat that hasn't been properly cooked. Not even chorizo! The first thing I'm going to eat when the baby is here is a lot of steak tartar!!

it's not just raw steak, it's really nice steak, with shallots and capers and seasoning and stuff.

Do you know? I might have to go in a hurry straight after hospital.

I only know two restaurants in London, one Thai and one Turkish

I have decided I'm going to make a little google map with good/cheap restaurants to eat in London, after Sunday, when we paid £44 for 2 really bad soups (made from powder and not well) and really not nice burguer and chicken breast in a steak house near Piccadilly.

You know nothing. A good steak tartar, as they do it in some parts of Belgium, is the food of gods.

It's a shame you don't have any female friends close by to lean on.

At the moment we have 6 people confirmed and you know them all, you lucky girl!
I have a couple of friends around, but it's at least 30min drive, and I haven't been feeling like being on the car at all. Now that I'm better I'll start meeting them!

Just make sure the BF is looking after you properly.

He's been really patient. I'm thinking about getting him a nice present when this is all finished.
Ah, and my sister had a chat with my mum, so she's had a think about coming for 2 months and from so early, and she's changed her mind and will be coming later. We haven't decided when yet, but it made me terribly happy when she told me yesterday!
(, Tue 7 Jun 2011, 9:54, Reply)
Your mum is coming over or your sister?
(, Tue 7 Jun 2011, 9:56, Reply)
Maybe you were too drunk when we had this conversation :)
My mum wanted to be here for at least 2 months, coming a couple of weeks before I'm due and staying until mid January. Mark and I weren't happy with having her around during his paternity leave, as we want some time for ourselves, and she has no friends here (and doesn't understand English, so we have to keep her entertained all the time).
My sister told her a little lie, and now my mum has decided she'll be coming a bit later, and give us some time for ourselves with the baby! Yay!

But you sounded really coherent. You were really upset that my mum was imposing herself like that! If you had known any Spanish I bet you'd have called her and told her off!
(, Tue 7 Jun 2011, 10:09, Reply)
I'm a bit unconfortable that my sister had to lie, but it was her idea, so... good for her!

I didn't end up going to Stockport beer festival this weekend either, so we both missed out!
How are you doing?
(, Tue 7 Jun 2011, 9:54, Reply)
Must be one of the first times you weren't there!
Mark and his friends went, and had a very good time, as always!
(, Tue 7 Jun 2011, 9:55, Reply)
Was a lovely day nonetheless, but I'd rather have been at the festival.
(, Tue 7 Jun 2011, 9:59, Reply)
I had a lovely day with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time, though. I lot of girly talking, shopping and gossiping. These are things that I usually hate, but being with her after so long made it all a lot more entertaining!
