Evening.
I'm meant to be going out this evening but I'm far too hungover to make it.

What are you doing, what have you done and what plans have you changed this weekend?

Here is a picture of my Ma's BFF with Simon Amstell and one of his producers, getting inspiration for the next showing of Grandma's Hosue

I've just made myself a big pina colada, and am contemplating tea.

what are you going to do now instead of going out?
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 19:45, Reply)
Staying in. Obviously.
I've sorted out a lot of clothes to take to a charity shop, I've got some work I could/should be doing and I need to turn my thoughts to dinner.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 19:47, Reply)
Work should never be done on a Saturday night
unless you work in the hospitality industry.

What are we having for tea then? I'm seriously thinking about the Dolmio microwave pasta option.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 19:50, Reply)
I thinking about taking the lazy option and phoning the nice people who will bring me a curry.
It's either that, or going to the shops.

I'll only work this evening because I haven't really got time tomorrow, and I've got a new project starting on Monday, so I need to get a few things finished.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 19:52, Reply)
Ah, fair enough.
Don't work too hard though. Did you get serenaded yet?

Hello b3th.
I've cooked such a lovely dinner for dinner tonight that it's got me thinking.... "C'mon Gonz, you're good looking, you're a good cook, you're funny and you're generious. Ok, so you're medioca at sex, but you taught yourself HTML, you can learn to be good at that too..... how comes you're still on the shelf when Jeff is up to his nuts in guts every other week?".
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 19:58, Reply)
I really can't imagine, Gonz.
You should be chasing them off with a shitty stick.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:03, Reply)
If my stick is shitty, then I wouldn't be needing to..... Oh man, I just Sad Faced myself.

(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:10, Reply)
Don't you know any Yentas, Gonz?

(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:12, Reply)
Bubalas, yentas, shishkas, Gos... I'm not too bothered.
I think if I was going to frankinestine from here, I'd pick.....

- Berk's looks,
- your sense of [don't know what it's called, just 'conversation' or something, donno, I just mean I like talking to you],
- Roota's sense of hard work
- BGB's "I'll travel to meet people" thing.
- Tourette's sense of familness
- Crunchy's sense of adventure
- Lusty's friendlyness
- Clendrix's boobs.
- Chickenlady's prose and laughter
- Lampito for her housemate (only joking.... she's cool to talk too)
- TGB's take-no-shit'ness, and her patients for not throtaling me on so many occasions.
- Swipy's way to work a crowd.
- Anyone who I've missed out who has nice attributes too.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:23, Reply)
Oh right
my looks aren't good enough for you then???
huh? huh? huh?

Honestly Gonz, you should know men can't ever win when comparing females.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:26, Reply)
Why do you feel you needed to point out your looks above the other attributes?
I'm not saying looks aren't important, but why so much enphisis on that ? Wouldn't you prefer that I enjoy your company over I like looking at your pictures?
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:29, Reply)
I can totally turn this around.

(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:30, Reply)
because I know my company is ace
but I have no confidence in my looks.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:30, Reply)
Is that a recent development? What lead you to think that?

(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:34, Reply)
Years and years of being told I was a fat munter, Gonz.
I didn't enjoy my teenage years.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:35, Reply)
I have a genuine hatred of people who intentionally take someone's self esteem from them.
As someone who hardly has any, in real life, I think it's horrific to take it from someone. Sure, a jibe is one thing, and an in-joke is cute, but when that turns into genuine self doubt, it's terrible. I don't know why people do it, it'll inevitably lead to some sort of negative consiquence for all involved.

Making someone feel shit about themselves is so easy too, it's not clever, anyone with a noggin can do it.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:41, Reply)
However, if it lowers your standard to get me some nookie, then I'll buy him a pint.

(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:47, Reply)

Looney Tunes: Back In Action is far better than you'd imagine. I think they want to watch a Pokemon movie next. Might see if I can tempt them away from that with Predator. (the missus is out clubbing with her gal pals for the night so I have carte blanche to warp my kids minds)

Are you all monkeys yet?

A shite in a bra
Went out today, fannying about with my new camera. Decided to stop at this abandoned place that served as temporary accomodation for travellers and gyppos etc. Basically small mini dwellings with only a kitchen and bathroom. Enough for a little respite.

Anyways they are all fucked, some burnt out etc, lots of grafitti, the usual gayblade 'large cock required' type stuff. So I was mooching about, taking photos of said squalour when I happened upon a small 'altar' of bra's and pants. Very weird and a bit unsettling. There was also some womans shoes, stockings, cardigans and even a bra with a shit in it. I made sure I documented the lot then left, hurriedly.

Pics to follow.

I'm thinking about getting a bit tanked this evening
got some films to watch, currently having a beer but might move to wine.

I've got Drive Angry and The Warriors Way (cowboys vs ninjas) as well as American: The Bill Hicks Story which I should probably watch first as I suspect it requires a functioning brain.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:40, Reply)
That sounds like a good idea.
I'm making quite a head start on that myself.
(, Sat 9 Jul 2011, 20:41, Reply)
Save Drive Angry for last
The lesser the functioning brain the more enjoyable the movie may appear. I really want to see that Bill Hicks doc.
