I donno, just really sucks, like with ever breath it would speed up my heart and make me shake more, so I don't want to breath, and I know "Ok, first step is to accept you're having one and just achknolidge it" which I did, but with every step closer to w
ork it got worst and now I'm at my desk and I'm getting on with my code so it's getting better.... I think I'm going to take up my ma's offer for a spa-break thing in a couple of weeks.

Remember that a panic attack never lasts longer than around 20 minutes.
Just breathe through it and you have a pulse point on your wrist that you can press to help you calm down too.
