It was a ridiculous buy because it was a penny - it was white, I can't wear white with my skin tone. I was just moved to buy something having just missed out on summat.

Ballroom is awesome. More technical than Swing so takes a while to get into, but more varied as there are lots of different disciplines. Glad you're enjoying the Swing :-)

Ballet is immensely fucking difficult
Although it's probably harder if you take it up at 30 having had no gymnastic epxerience or any flexibility whatsoever. If you did anything of that nature when you were younger you'd probably be alright.

We only did Ballet to improve my balance a bit, which is naturally terrible. Also, at this comp the other day there was a lady there who was 90 and still competing. The missus told me that her expectations of me were much the same.
