I've ordered two books as well
hopefully they'll arrive soon, and I can stop reading novels off Gutenberg. One is Roger Ebert's autobiography, the other is Celsius 7/7 by Michael Gove which three people have recommended to me

definitely not me.
I wasn't old enough, but I genuinely do miss tories of her generation and before. I may not have liked them but the stood up for what they believed in and didn't pretend to be anything else. I feel much the same (although more positively) about Tony Benn and Micheal Foot. I really, really hate pretty much any modern politicians, they're all Tony Blair with miner variations.
