I plan on being more careful with my money for a while. I'm not at Montyesque levels of debt but I've been too profligate with my spending and I need to rein it in for a bit.

I think the last two weeks has cost me over a grand. I did have most of it saved up in advance, but my bank card is still smoking a bit now. I'm too scared to go and see what the balance is. I am very much afraid it will be a pretty shade of red.

*weeps* mind you, I will be getting substantially more when I go to Oxford, simply because it's so fucking expensive there.
Erm. Yes, sometimes I get job satisfaction. It's hard work and can be stressful but I enjoy it; sometimes I wonder if I'd rather have a job I didn't much like but which demanded nothing of me except my time.
