Happy christmas Jeff !
Ma' has made an amazing desert, she soaked pears in a lemon/sugar/vanilla syrup over night, then served then with whipped cream with crushed ameretti buiscits and then drizzeled melted bornvile chocolate over the top. It's SOOOO good, i'm gonna do that as my next dinner do, it tastes AMAZING.

Weeping lamb? What's that?
Asparagus is one of my fave veg, love the stuff. They're awesome for dunking in soft boiled egg, or or wrapping in some kind of bacon/salami/ham and then baking it.

You cook the lamb
Directly on the oven shelf with the spuds under it, so the juice from the meat drips on to them.
