Alt: I don't know much about mansion tax, but surely it won't affect you in your London shoebox?

No it won't affect me, but the point the lib dems are making is tht people are gaining wealth through house price rises and not being taxed on it. So wtf is capital gains tax then?
Also it will massively punish those living in London the South East compared to therest of the country.
