I got into an argument with someone last night on DiTs facebook page over whether or not psychics really existed.
So my question would be: How do people function in the world if they are so fucking retarded that they can truly think that "Yes, some psychics are frauds, liars and cheats, but the one I went to see had this incredible insight that they couldn't have known any other way".

i read that as "physics" at first
that would be even more retarded, to argue over whether physics really exists.

i have been out of curiosity a couple of times. one in brighton seemed quite good at first, right down to her knowing that i was undertaking higher education at the time and other such bits. i was still disbelieving but intrigued despite myself.

until i spoke to my friend afterwards and she had given her the EXACT same spiel. shocking, huh.

The problem with psychics etc is
either they are all frauds, or 99.999% of them are, but how do you find the one who may be real?
I'd start be discounting any who have ever asked for or made money from it. Then test the 0.001% who are left.
