I've decided that I'm in dire need for TGI Fridays today.
I'm gonna get me some TGI Fridays, oh yes, TGI Fridays, and when I order too much in a take away, they'll turn to me. They'll turn to me and say..... Gonz, that is too much ! you can't finish all of that in one sitting. And then, as I eat my final bite for breakfast tomorow, I'll turn to them. I'll turn to them and say, "Yes. I know.".

I did that tonight.
Bought a vege singapore noodles and a garlic naan. Ate the naan and half the noodles. The rest will be my lunch tomorrow!

Singapore noodles and garlic naan? They're from two different countries. And there is no sauce based stuff there.
Oh Poppet.... the whole idea of noodles, rice and bread is to mop things up.

I know they are. I didn't get them from two different shops, I got them from one place that does thai, indian and chinese all under one roof.

They've just opened one here the other week.
Are they any good? I think they've got some opening offers on.

They are an abortion of an approximation of what good american style food is like.

(, Sat 18 Aug 2012, 13:02, Reply)
I've just checked their website,
and they seem a tad pricey.
(, Sat 18 Aug 2012, 13:05, Reply)
You could do much better.
for less.

If I go for a meal, it's generally all you can scoff Chinese buffet,
or a decent Indian. TGIF sound basically overpriced burgers and chips. Or "fries", as our merican cousins insist on calling them.
(, Sat 18 Aug 2012, 13:08, Reply)
Yeah, that's pretty much it.
Nothing wrong with american bistro style food, but TGI is not a good example of it.
(, Sat 18 Aug 2012, 13:09, Reply)
Fries are different to chips. Fries are thin and made to look like matchsticks, but chips are thick and chunky.
and then wedges are a whole other kettle of fish altogether.
(, Sat 18 Aug 2012, 13:10, Reply)
Wedges are made of potato, not fish. Stupid Auzzie.

(, Sat 18 Aug 2012, 13:11, Reply)
You facetious fuck.

(, Sat 18 Aug 2012, 13:12, Reply)
Well there's only 3 things that smell of fish.
One of them is fish.
(, Sat 18 Aug 2012, 13:22, Reply)
No, sorry, I think you got TGIs and Bodeans mixed up.
HAAAAAY -HOOOOOO, went there.

Don't gemmi wrong, I love going with you guys, its just that they only have two good things on the menu; creamed corn and buffalow wings.
