But I think we should enforce strict conditions to go with it. We promised that aid and its shitty to take that way, but they take the fucking piss. percentages of those billions goes into admins and mansions for those in power. Doesn't India have a fucking space program? I know china wants to go to the moon over the next few years yet gets shitloads. But at least China has pulled it's finger out compared to the others.
