I'm no lawyer,
but I thought if you commit a crime against somebody or company or government in a country that we have an extraordion agreement with, off you trot.

it depends where the crime took place
which makes online crime difficult to judge

if i commit a crime in the uk and then run away to a country with an extradition agreement
that country will send me back for trial.
if i commit a crime in a european country and run back to the UK I'd need to come up with some clever reasons (lack of fair trial, evidence, prison conditions etc) not to be sent back.
however, using the internet in the UK i could commit a crime on a server in another country, technically i'm in the uk and should be tried here, but the other country can argue the crime took place on servers in their country

Two defenders?

yes.
It's usually only one in reality becuase in almost all cases the goalkeeper is nearer the goal line, and he counts as a defender. If the keeper has gone for a wander though, you need to check two.

but cyber crime is diffuclt, because the servers he accessed were in the US
so techinically the crime happened there too.
just because he's an aspy doesn't mean he should get away with this

he will still get tried here though
They wont let him off... as Q almost explained a part of teh extradition treaty also refers to whether the crime could be tried in the country that he is in, it was part of Julian Assange's weak assed defence against rape "that the crime he may or may not have commited wouldnt be seen as rape here"

It would have been a great defense
if raping someone when they were asleep wasn't a crime in the UK. But sadly it is.
