Just bothers me how quickly one thing is improving compared to the rest.

1 ex-fattie, 1 ballroom queerbo, and me (slowly but surely improving, and losing fat)

Not sure what your routine is, but I've found pull-ups work well to build the arms up. I plan on joining a gym when I move to London, and will be following the Starting Strength routine, if you know of it.

Anything that can help will be appreciated. The only thing I tend to do in regards to my own bodyweight is tricep dips.

So I do bodyweight exercises too like pull-ups, press-ups, dips, straight leg raises, planks etc. Starting Strength is by a guy called Rippletoe, and you can find a book online that details everything, but it essentially boils down to doing barbell squats, bench presses, deadlifts etc. Compound lifts, essentially.

He's written me up a program, might ask him to change it a little, help me find ways of strengthening my arms.

Like I said, compound lifts, but take it dead slow and get him or a mate to check your form.

Slow movements with a low weight, after 10 on each arm I feel like they're going to fall off.
Evil things.

I do progression pull-ups, so going from assisted, to half, to full, to assisted 1-handed, to 1 handed. I'm working on assisted 1-handed now, and they're killers.

Mine was a tenner in sainsbury's and it's the best thing I've ever bought (that wasn't cheesecake). You can do different kinds of pull ups, stomach crunches and handstands on it. Ok I'm done, continue being boring.

Ex fatties are the worst for going into great detail about how well they're doing at the gym. No one cares, go on Loose Women.
