I never noticed being more of one when I was a veggieor less of one when I stopped, or more of one again now when I mostly avoid meat for the sake of my waistline, rather than principal.

Change in diet is not the problembecause I was hardly eating any meat in the first place. Also am eating loads of protein. I think the problem is that since I came off the antidepressants I've been having trouble sleeping again

Nah I don't careSide effects are why. Increased appetite and diminished (read: nonexistant) sex drive. Been much easier to shift the weight without them, which in turn helps me feel better about myself. Plus the endorphins from increased exercise are keeping me chipper. Lack of sleep is the only real downer.

do that.I ended up taking twice the prescribed dose (on doctors advice) but that got me off nicely. thing is they'll only ever give me a few, so I save them for the bad nights.
