I reckon a nice hearty tomarto sauce with nice wide pasta sheets (say, lasagnia cut down 3 ways). And meat taken out the saussages to make balls that have been crisp'd up.And the whole lot getting grilled at the end so you get nice crunchy bits.

DefinitelyI've enjoyed it the povvo way before, just oven cooked it in the same pan as potato wedges. Made the wedges go lovely and gooey.
