Yesterday I went to a new "barbers". It was a hair salon but they were offering mens haircuts for only a fiver.As I sat down I had a horrible feeling that this was a really shit idea as the guy seemed really nervous and actually asked me if I knew that a no.2 grade was really quite short.
I reckon that if you're going to offer mens haircuts, it would be a good idea to at least once in your life to have been to an actual barbers and have a hair cut.
This guy clearly hadn't. He was holding the clippers so nervously and his hads were actually shaking. He made no effort to tidy the hair around my ears and when he started cutting the top of my hair he didn't bother wetting it and combing it straight, he just start hacking away at it with his shaking hands.
I ended up with the hair on one side of my head noticeablly longer than the other.
Luckily this morning I went back to my normal barbers and paid the guy there twice as much as yesterdays haircut to make it look better.
tl:dr Me and Gonz are going to the cinema to see Pacific Rim. Yes, me and Gonz are getting in on some Rim action.

Yup ! The Lev said the new book is "due in august", I think that means he's got to hand it to his publishers then, so that's when i'm going to re-read both of them for the 6th time (I don't think thats an exasoration).(

Oh cool.I didn't like the second one as much as the first, it felt a bit of a rehash in parts, but the bit in the first book when they guy gets his hands bitten off was really gripping and properly unpleasant.

Yeah', I'm with you on that, there was too much of the book in Follory, it got a bit tedious when searching for the keys, especially at the end when the sea started to run out.But Julia's bit with the rejects was good, I loved the bits with the europen mythical creatures and assended humans... and it was pretty grim when Raynold appeared.

Yeah, but at the same time, it was essentially a similar description to that when the baddie appeared in the first oneeven down to the thrashing legs and snuffling noises made when he broke the guys neck.

Depends on the cinema.I also got caught up in the D-Box moving seats hype. Only works for action films really.
Im a member at Cineworld so it's only a quid or so more for me.

They got one about 15m bus ride from me, so i've never had a bad seat. All their seats have loads of leg room too.I always get an end seat in the middle.
