believe it or not
every time I am nasty to someone is not due to my misplacing my lithium.

Some times I just get bored of pretending that unpleasant dullards are are not, in fact, unpleasant dullards. Usually I let it slide, but some days I decide to try being truthful and see how that goes.

If I understand you correctly
I'd say it's illustrated by that fact that I'm not overly happy about the Lithium gags because I have some genuine history in this regard (although I think I have the sense not to get obviously would up about it) but the steam-punk gags are more of less water off a duck's back.

I forget that some people are relative newbies. I used to talk a lot more but most of the people I liked talking to left. these days I only tend to come here when I'm bored, which probably adds to that impression.
