i've never dared buy any shares, but my dad and brother do bloody well at it

no you didn't!

(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:16, Reply)
Smart with no common sense, that's you.

(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:18, Reply)
this is actually a fucking good assessment

(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:18, Reply)
Yeah I'd go along with that too

Was this 'menu' drawn up for you by your nutritionist?
yoghurt and fresh orange juice for breakfast
vegetable sushi for lunch
a packet of roasted chickpeas
a pint of skimmed milk
and a handful of my trainee's skittles
(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:23, Reply)
Also, I can't help reading "a handful of my trainee's skittles" as some horrid euphemism.

(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:24, Reply)
the menu plan just gave a list of portions per day - eg 2 portions of dairy, 5 portions of fruit/veg
it didn't give specific meals.

but if that had been rounded out with a stirfry including peppers, mushrooms, onions, courgettes and a bit of wholegrain rice or wholemeal noodles, which it would have been bar the stupid fall, i don't see how you could say it's not healthy.

also, that says more about you than it does about me...

For £2K I'd want it fucking cooked for me by Gordon Ramsey

(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:28, Reply)
forget that
what you get is a (seriously hot) physio checking you over a few times and being beasted 3-4 times a week.
(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:28, Reply)
So a gym then

(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:34, Reply)
a gym with only you and the PT, so no other plebs
with really nice equipment - the changing rooms are like a five star hotel. but yeah, it's a short term treat/measure. my dad has kindly treated me to a second package, but when that ends in november, it'll be back to the treadmill.
(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:36, Reply)
So, a nice gym then
How many sessions did two grand cost you?
(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:36, Reply)
think it was 24 sessions, plus 4 physio, plus nutritionist
second lot was cheaper, as i only needed the gym, not the other bits
(, Thu 12 Sep 2013, 14:46, Reply)
There is no
innuendo to be had from the phrase "dad has kindly treated me to a second package"

And I wont accept anyone who would dare to suggest that either:
a) Swipey is boning her father and one of his friends at a Cheshire Spitroast
b) Swipey is a dual penised tranny.
