No food and a gym session?
No, no to all of that

gotta be done
the scales were not kind this morning, when they confronted me with the damage that the last couple of weeks has inflicted :(

I stopped weighing myself when it went over 12 1/2 stone back in 2007

(, Mon 18 Nov 2013, 17:52, Reply)
i am obsessed
I can weigh myself 3 times a day. yours is much healthier!
(, Mon 18 Nov 2013, 17:53, Reply)
I always weigh less than I think I do. Good innit.

Frogs weigh little.
Especially when trod on.

Please stop threatening me.

(, Mon 18 Nov 2013, 17:59, Reply)
I'm not.
Just saying frogs can get trod on.
(, Mon 18 Nov 2013, 18:08, Reply)
Sounds like a threat. I'm reporting you to my copper mates.

Ha.

Aww please don't tell!

My weight changes by about 5 pounds depending on what time of the day and day of the week I weigh myself.
I'm a big beautiful bodacious bad boy no matter what the scales say.

Please be sensible with food/gym ratio.
Think you said earlier 500 cals a day? With that regime whilst working, and gym stuff you're looking at passing out. Or malnutrition lols.
(, Mon 18 Nov 2013, 17:54, Reply)
no, it's only for a week....
then back to being healthy!
(, Mon 18 Nov 2013, 17:58, Reply)
500 cals a day is shit sorry.
With your-I assume reasonably runaround daytime job- and hitting the gym, it may be a bit much. Just saying dudette.
(, Mon 18 Nov 2013, 18:05, Reply)
i've done it for weeks at a time before, it's fine, honestly, not that i'm not grateful for the concern
just a little kickstart for the Christmas season....
(, Mon 18 Nov 2013, 18:12, Reply)
Forgive me but I gotta go with Pookie here.
That diet is dangerous and the fact that you've done it before without collapsing is testament to your underlying good health. Doesn't mean it's not doing long term damage though.
Never understood why wanting to maintain a "normal" weight has to involve anything extreme.
(, Mon 18 Nov 2013, 18:26, Reply)
because i am impatient and i want to shift a couple of pounds quickly
it's only for 7 days, how much harm can it do?!
