Did you catch it from your daughter? I've found I've come down with more bugs since micro started hanging out with other kids - they seem to catch all sorts from each other.

Probably, she's fine though.
Since the middle of December I've only had about a week when I've not been ill with some sort of bug, and the coincides neatly with her starting nursery.

my uncle has genuinely never had a cold in his life
we've just been told he's got cancer. he's flatly refusing to tell his kids or grandkids, as apparently cancer is a sign of weakness or some such bullet headed Yorkshire farmer nonsense.
