Had to do supermarket work for three or four years straight to pay the bills not too long ago.
I've grown to despise every song they played ten times a day. "I Can't Wait" being one of them :(
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 20:33, Reply)
Shame really, some of what they played I quite liked beforehand

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 20:33, Reply)
"Keep on moving" and "Mr Kirks nightmare" also take me back to seperate but still rememberable days

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 20:44, Reply)
It was fucking weird where the fuck did that earworm come from and why, WHY?
all bloody day, it's been stuck there
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 20:49, Reply)
It's because you're black, so your ears are huge but useless apart from you're required to listen to chain gang chants.

How come a single studmuffin like yourself isn't out and about on a Friday evening?
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:06, Reply)
I'm between the ladies at the moment
last one doesn't see us as a couple but would like to be friends. Still the previous one only took 1 date to decide I was pondscum and this took two, so it's an exponential improvement. At this rate I'll be married by September.

Good job I already have another one who's agreed to go out for dinner.
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:13, Reply)
haha physically repulsive

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:16, Reply)
You got binned after last Monday?

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:17, Reply)
Sadly yes
Pity, I liked her a lot. I need a hobby.
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:31, Reply)
Shame. It sounded like your first date went really well.

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:33, Reply)
Yep. I thought the second one did too, shows what I know
Got to figure out somewhere to take this next one - not Galvin La Chapelle, the food was awesome but a £200 let's be friends meal isn't something I want to do every week.
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:34, Reply)
Ouch.

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:37, Reply)
I don't regret it after that first date
but from now on the fine dining can wait until I'm on a promise, to be blunt.
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:40, Reply)
Even if you're on a promise you don't need to spend that sort of money.

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:46, Reply)
I like to push the boat out occasionally
See what the top end is like. Seemed like a good opportunity.

Actually Galvin Cafe au Vin is about half the price next door and still pretty nice, that might be an idea.
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:55, Reply)
Get two pet tutles, not quite a hobby but still I spend more time watching them than the TV

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:20, Reply)
Some top class flirting
talking about how gigs with seats are preferable these days, then segued into "speaking of going out, sitting down and having a good time - how about dinner?"

Nailed it.
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:38, Reply)
I've been so long out of the game I wouldn't know where to start

(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:40, Reply)
online dating is much easier
they write a bunch of stuff about themselves before you even start and so you just pick something to ask a question about that you can also talk about yourself.

Gets a conversation started.
(, Fri 9 May 2014, 21:57, Reply)
Just make sure you point out you don't support Bristol Rovers.
No one wants the sympathy vote.
