I used to teach guitar to a teenage girl, this was one of the songs she requested when I asked her if there were any particular ones she wanted to learn.
Others included songs by McFly and Busted and the theme from Friends.
I don't teach guitar any more.

I hate when people murder the typical karaoke ballads.
One pub I worked in had it 5 nights a week and it was the same people singing the same songs.
