I actually enjoyed Frankie Boyles take on this.
When a contestant leaves the big brother house, the other contestants should hear nothing but stony silence from outside, followed by a gunshot.

Then, once the other contestants start wondering if it's a mind game, the corpse should be dropped into the swimming pool from a helicopter.
