This is a thread on b3ta's unpopular Off Topic board.
Topics of the day are Brexit (again) and football. Or you can post food blogs, as per usual.

i have salted peanuts for breakfast
probably a falafel wrap for lunch, as there is a pop-up falafel stall outside today and it looks nice.

brexit and football are just too depressing. 2016, you suck mouldy hairy dead donkey dick.

I dropped the 'football and economic migrants' thing at work yesterday
The British game* is full of economic migrants from the EU yet not one of the people who voted for Brexit seems to be keen on 'sending them back' - despite their well-publicised tax avoidance and bad-boy behaviour. Strange, eh!

*A game I viscerally despise with a passion I normally reserve for MPs or Craig Hutchings

That's just an extension of it being OK to be a cunt in Britain as long as you're rich.
Same as rich nutter = eccentric, and so on.
(, Tue 28 Jun 2016, 10:06, Reply)
"Pop-up" should only ever be applied to children's books and pirates.
I don't normally enjoy football, but watching England get thrashed was rather enjoyable.

I'm having bircher muesli with blueberries for breakfast
not sure how it differs from other mueslis other than having bits of fruit in.

isn't it soggier?

(, Tue 28 Jun 2016, 10:13, Reply)
I'm not saying that arguing the merits of different brands of muesli is the most tragic thing I've ever witnessed on this site,
but it most certainly is.

With their triple-locked pensions, and free TV licences, and winter fuel allowances, and free bus passes, and not even being able to say they fought in a war for you because everyone who did that is already dead.
Let's be honest, they make excellent scapegoats.
