Morning all
I hope that this finds everybody suitably well and rested. Firstly, why the shitting fuck was I awake at 6am? Because I am a greedy, money grubbing whore and I'm off into work later for some beautiful overtime.
Dazzle me with how stupendously marvelous your Saturday night was, make me green with envy that I stayed in with a Domino's and Morrison's own Best Bitter.

Mornings!
I'm off back to bed after the grand prix. Hardly worth getting up for... bring back Suzuka!
Last night I went to a fish restaurant and had the best damned fish and chips I've ever had in the history of ever. And four G&Ts :)
Zzzzz.

It was so good that I climbed into bed at 9pm and slept for twelve hours. This is double the amount I usually sleep for. I feel fab.

I recommend a quick tango around the bedroom to wake yourself up. It doesn't necessarily take two (although you should take care when flinging yourself around).

I've just come back from Sainsbury's....
....and I didn't realise that Durex had a stand in the "Personal hygene" aisle!
I nearly killed myself laughing at the products on show:
2 in 1 "massage oil" (which I'm guessing doubles up as a very effective lubricant!)
"Reinforced" condoms (Reinforced because it may be going somewhere it shouldn't....?)
And, of course, "neck massagers"! Right next to the Gillette Razor blades!
I'm dreading going into Marks and Spencers tomorrow......

Greetings from a train
Hi,
So far, my move is going a bit bumpily (is there such a word?) There were engineering works on the railway so my train had to take a different route. I took this into account when I bought my tickets. Then, there was a train accident earlier today bringing more chaos to things. To make things worse, when I first had to change trains, the station-staff on the platform mislead me and sent me to the wrong fucking platform and by the time I realised, made a mad dash with my luggage and got to the platform I was originally waiting at just in time to see my train pull away. ARGH! Fortunately, the station-staff were able to pull a few strings and I'm now on a more expensive train at no extra cost. Hopefully, I should still get my Eurostar connection. However, the train seems to be taking a bizarre route, so I'm not sure how late I'll be.
On the plus side, this train's got Wifi, which rocks as much as my new laptop, so you'll have to put up with my wibblings for about an hour or so.

I'm knackered too, but I've got wine and Spanish movies to chill out with.
Hope the job centre appointment goes ok. Is it for a specific job or to sign on?

Signing on baby. I am going to try my best to be super positive this week after last weeks mini temper tantrum. I have a phone interview lined up and have to chase up 2 more interviews.
AND I'm going to visit my sister in Swansea to go to a gig so that'll be a nice distraction.

Havne't played properly for about 5 years now.
Last played about 12 months ago and I was so rusty.
Reckon about a weeks worth of practice and it'd be like riding a bike.

Bit of a slow burner though so far. 40 minutes in at the minute.

The bit in the Orphanage when the old lady gets hit by a bus was one of the best jumps ever.

The infected ones have just started to bite people in Rec. It's really well done.
Far better than that Cloverfield bollocks.

It would appear that I can't really be bothered drumming. Did about 10 minutes, and gave up. Stupid electric kit. I want an acoustic one, and I want it reasonably soon, and very cheap. Anyone?
Oh well, back to PDS creation it is.

Mrs LIAB
[rec] is set in Madrid and is like Cloverfield in that it's through documentary footage.
It's a bloody good film.
I agree with BK about the Ring. That film creeped me out afterwards. I now have a real thing about hair in my mouth after the bit where she pulls all the hair out.
God I'm retching thinking of it.
