by end of work yesterday we were a full day behind schedule cos of the arsehole client not doing prep work that was agreed. the extra work involved ultimately means extra money (v good) but it fair buggers up the diary!

yes I did - not just for your overactive imagination but also for Bert and Al and Halfy - all of whom have dastardly minds and demand nothing less then the slightly slutty references.

And I hate customers who change their minds or don't show up. It cocks up the diary no end doesn't it? we have the same problem at work - people make a booking then change their minds and we have to switch at last minute or simply don't show up and we're left reserving a table for people who don't show while we turn away money at the door!
