To do the HSH thread. Lazy buggers.

Come on... get posting!

I hope you had a decent amount of sleep last night.
I did not.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:13, Reply)

I had a fairly good nights sleep :)
Had some people over for dinner last night which was nice and my boss is taking us to lunch then I am going to my dads for his birthday meal later and seeing my mum for dinner tomorrow! Wooo for free food
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:16, Reply)

By one of the Cambridge Universities for the opening of a venue we helped fit out.
I've not gotta drive.
There's free wine :\
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:19, Reply)

I didn't get nearly enough sleep. Only 5 hours or so.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:23, Reply)

Don't end up naked and covered in blood eh?
I hardly got any sleep due to a fucking burglar alarm which kept on going off through the night. Cunts.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:26, Reply)

that's completely knackered.
Fortunatly there's no work to do yet. But some buggers going to put in a call soon - I can feel it.
Merry April everyone!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:29, Reply)

About 7 hours which is plenty for me.
Footie tonight - I hear an injury-hit Capello is calling up Shearer and Southgate.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:32, Reply)

and I don't know a thing about this football game.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:35, Reply)

Hmm, yes, I believe Scotland's playing tonight too. Don't really care, to be honest. I'd watch the matches if we got to the World Cup finals, but I can't really be arsed watching football on telly.
Besides, even if we were to somehow qualify, we'd be knocked out of the first round of the finals on goal difference, as usual.
/apathetic
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:36, Reply)

But Scotland have failed to spark an interest in me. I watched Holland pummel our ring-piece last Saturday and no doubt we will be underwhelming against Iceland tonight.
I'm going to continue on my way and pretend nothing happened...
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:40, Reply)

Then can post real properly like.
Love you all!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:48, Reply)

I'm back at work (?) after a lovely four days with my girlfriend.
Now it's only eight and a bit days till I'm in Edinburgh.
Isn't life just peachy!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:52, Reply)

did you have a good time?
/raises eye brows and grins
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 9:59, Reply)

*hugs*
Yup a good time was had by the both of us. We even went to the beach again!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 10:04, Reply)

i'm surprised you were able to surface for air that long!
/hugs back.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 10:20, Reply)

Who said you were "just another b3tan"? Bastards!
Hello everyone else!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 10:28, Reply)

Hi BGB and Badger.
Miss Blouse, I've been talking to lots of folks, and most of them from Dorset.
Not long till Edinburgh now!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 10:43, Reply)

If I could touch your body.
WHY IS THAT SONG STUCK IN MY HEAD?
Those two lines, repeating over and over again :(
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 10:51, Reply)

I've just been informed that a strict Muslim has a crush on me. I smell an April Fools.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:13, Reply)

Sunshine, grass warm, I'm the happiest dog in the world.
@Kaol - should I be worried about the carnage of you + free wine + less than 2 miles from me?
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:14, Reply)

watching us against Holland at the weekend that is
I'm looking forward to watching us against Iceland tonight. We either win which is good, or we're effectively not going to qualify which means I can come to terms with yet another international footballing failure.
Burley should pick me. I rule!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:16, Reply)

But I'll be where the free booze is :p
You got Download tickets then?
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:21, Reply)

Has got a body like you.
Does that help, Kaol?
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:22, Reply)

Kind of you to say, but nope, the song is still stuck.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:24, Reply)

I know a couple of friends of friends definitely going and a now a I've got a couple of different friends from Cambridge who have nearly bought tickets.
Only downside is that I may have bought the wrong type of ticket... some are caravaning, some have got family tickets *shakes head*
All this carnage and I haven't even worked out how I'm going to wash and condition my lovely hair every day. Got to get the priorities right.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:25, Reply)

Well, if I run into you, I'll get you a pint!
I'm going with the guy I work with, trying to persuade a couple of others to come too.
I've been laughing at my best mate who got a Reading ticket before they announced the line up.
He doesn't like Radiohead. Or any band playing other than Deftones.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:29, Reply)

is why you never buy tickets BEFORE knowing the acts.
Kaol - do you have the original version - or the shite Limp Bizkit cover stuck in your head?
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:44, Reply)

Shame 'cos I looooooove Radiohead (and Deftones for that matter) Still, I hate festivals. It's taken Faith No More to get me to go to this one.
I'll be sure to look out for a tall bearded man stabbing his way through the crowds and demand he buys me a drink ;)
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:48, Reply)

done done done!
I finished my biology write up! Yayayayay!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:50, Reply)

see Faith No More.
Cuz you gotta have faith a faith a faith oooooOOooooohhhh gotta have faaaaaaiiiiith
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:50, Reply)

DJ, Radiohead are awesome, I saw 'em at Victoria Park last Summer, one of my favourite gigs ever!
I like festivals, but I'll end up drinking too much.
Ah well!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 11:54, Reply)

It's 2 minutes past 12.
So I'm not falling for THAT.
EDIT: DAMN YOU! People deleting posts. I'm not insane :(
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:02, Reply)

Falling for what?
I'm so happy!
Edit: Oh thanks Vampy, can I not be happy? :(
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:03, Reply)

I'd say congratulations but I'm not quite sure it this is a late April fools?
EDIT: it's not that it's just I'm actually pretty damn gullible and I've had about six people pull pranks on me today :(
Congratulations are in order then I'm guessing? /huggles
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:03, Reply)

...all. I'm still off sick, lying on the couch with my dog and sore head.
How's everyone?
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:13, Reply)

I've just been to see our new office. Now to say that there isn't enough room to swing a cat would be an understatement. It was also a lovely 27C, and it doesn't even get direct sunlight.
To top it all the people who are sitting by the windows have turned round and said that they won't open them no matter how hot it gets!
Bollocks!
So how are you lot today?
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:24, Reply)

eating chocolate, watching Life. Finished my biology paper.
/happies
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:29, Reply)

I'd be happy too if it wasn't for all the twunts I have to deal with.
I'd love some chocolate though.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:31, Reply)

isn't there some H&S regulation against not opening windows? AC is all fine and well, but it's no substitute for real (polluted) air
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:34, Reply)

I'll have to look it up, that is unless our resident H&S god can tell us?
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:42, Reply)

Has no opening windows. It's purely AC. I know in one office I worked in there was a rule that windows could be opened for 5 minutes in every hour regardless of complaint.Dunno if it was H&S though. Kaol?
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:47, Reply)

sealed windows in our office, and it being American, I doubt they'd flout any laws in case of people suing!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:50, Reply)

I'm inclined to say that it's likely to be bollocks.
As an aside, my office has non-opening soundproof windows. It's inside the factory floor area.
So my view, all day, every day, is a man with a creepy limp who sands bits of wood.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 12:52, Reply)

Just a/c that is always too hot or too cold for *someone*.
Doesn't really bother me - I can sit here with my sleeves rolled up while half the office have put their coats on.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 13:03, Reply)

when it comes to AC, there will always be someone complaining.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 13:10, Reply)

It keeps the air dry and thickens your snots somewhat. Better crusty than candles.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 13:34, Reply)

and it is freaking awesome! *does happy dance*
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 13:47, Reply)

I giggled lots and everyone else in the office wanted to see and all agreed it was awesome but you are slightly crazy
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 13:55, Reply)

But then again the answer to "why do you want a marker pen?" isn't normally "So I can draw a little smiling face on this banana."
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 13:58, Reply)

I can talk, listen and send texts!
But nothing else.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 13:59, Reply)

but only at times of its own damn choosing
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 14:01, Reply)

I'm not saying how awesome my phone is.
I'm now in possession of tickets to get to Edinburgh, and I've got booked seats!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 14:04, Reply)

Kaol did they love the smiley face banana after it was done though? I bet they did :p
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 14:25, Reply)

then they can feck off! I may have to send it to Bill :p I'd send it to V as well but his phone is beyond crap!
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 14:39, Reply)

such a fetching hat you're wearing. Is it a fedora, panama, or... no definitely a b0rkage.
;)
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 14:57, Reply)

But the combination of banana and phone was too much to resist.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 15:11, Reply)

And before someone links me, I've not got speakers/videoplaying here.

( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 15:27, Reply)

Hmmm... I've gotta go
Suit time.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 15:28, Reply)

Has sucked upon the throbbing meat of thread death.
( , Wed 1 Apr 2009, 16:03, Reply)

it's a completely different type of meat that TGB has a penchant for.
EDIT: ah I see that was an accusation of thread b0rkage rather than an admission. That sucks, it makes what I said make no sense now. *goes home early for the day*
