Sitting here in my office at home, and 'Been Accused of Stealing' by The Delgados came on - sublime.
Anyway, it inspired me to ask what you lot are listening to - take it away...

...asking the same inane questions over and over again. Grounhog Day? It's like Groundhog Hour in here.

I'm listening to Slipknot. Later it'll be more fast, heavy, angry music. I'm in an angry music day.

the Sing Sing Death house album by the distillers. I might move onto some NIN around about lunchtime. It's a day for angry music.

You heard the new Chimaira album yet?
It's meant to be really good!

Is that a 'new' Missy Higgins album? I've got The Sound Of White (?) and its aceness.
I'm quite a fan of the Waifs as well

'25 O'Clock' and 'Psonic Sunspot' have been reissued and I urge any of you who like psychedelia (who don't already have them, obv.) to purchase them immediately.
The former, in particular, is a masterpiece of psych homage...

I haven't actually, might have to pick it up soon and give it a listen.

bought it on Monday, have only listened to it once. Don't think it's as good as the last one, but it definitely needs another couple of listens as I think it'll be a 'grower'.
I wasn't overly keen on Ultra when it came out, but now I think it's a work of beauty.

was Pete Dohertys solo effort.
It's pretty good even if you think he's a massive festy quivering quim

Damn good acoustic music.

to pick a 'top 3' of Mode albums.
It really depends on my mood at the time. Exciter and A Broken Frame are probably my least listened to though.

an acoustic singer, his music has been on Scrubs a few times.
And yes, I have. Unfortunately I can't get the rest of it out, so I'll be buying a new mattress soon.

I bought both of them the second they came out, as a teenager. 25 O'Clock has one of my all-time favourite sleeves - alongside the High Priest of Love mini-album by Zodiac Mindwarp, which i bought around the same time.
If you don't know the very first Shamen LP (Drop) - long before their rubbish rave stuff - you might well be into that too.

Weirder - Destination Eschaton by The Shaman was on a few minutes ago.
I'm off for a hit and try to get my head around this.
